Fran

Crossfit has tons of named WODs.  They are used as benchmarks for determining performance.

Fran is:
sets of 21-15-9 of
Thrusters  (I used 45lbs)   video
pull-ups  (I did jumping ring pull-ups)

My time was 12:17.

I'm considering making the jump to three days a week.  I talked to Rusty tonight and while there is no set 3 times a week membership, he quoted me a price that sounds good.  I have to give it some thought and see if I want to jump in by Saturday (when I have to take in my pmt for July).  I know that I will end up exercising when I'm still sore form an earlier WOD.  I also know that currently, I'm feeling antsy in between WODs, so I feel like I need to do something more.  I took a 4.5 mile walk last night and I have plans to take a walk tomorrow night.  It's not high intensity speed walking or anything, but it's just getting out and getting moving.

I just got a text from my boss's boss that I may need to go to Massachusetts for work on Friday.  We'll see how that pans out.  Way to jack up my holiday plans, work!
