My legs are killing me! When they hurt later that day (the same day of the workout - like they did last night), you know the next two days are going to be hell. A good, painful, awesome, muscle tearing and re-building hell. I had trouble walking down the steps this morning when I got up. I need to go for a walk or something today, or tomorrow will be miserable - stuck in an office chair for 8+ hours with minimal movement - they'll tighten up like nobody's business.
I was at the hockey game last night talking to my friend and her sister about CF and my legs hurt then. I told them that I just keep telling myself that when my muscles hurt, it's because I'm building awesomeness in there. I have to remember to keep looking at it that way.
